Product Description
The PVC edge banding production line is specialized equipment used to manufacture decorative edge materials for furniture, cabinets, doors, and windows. The production process mainly includes raw material mixing, extrusion molding, printing (optional), embossing (optional), cooling and shaping, and cutting.

Extruder: Melts and plasticizes the mixed material, then extrudes it through a die.
Three-roller calender machine consists of three horizontally or vertically arranged rollers that rotate in opposite directions to smooth, compress, or coat materials passing through them.
Calibration table: Rapidly cools and solidifies the edge band for dimensional stablilty.
Traction machine: Continuously draws the edge band at a consistent speed.
The primer machine is a key piece of equipment used to apply a primer coating on the backside of edge banding materials(such as PVC, ABS,ETC.). Its primary function is to enhance the bonding strength between the edge banding and the substrate(e.g., wood panels), ensuring durability and a strong adhesive bond after application.
Cutting machine: Cuts to specified lengths.
Winding machine can roll up the continuously produced PVC sheets into rolls according to certain specifications and requirements, which is convenient for storage, transportation and subsequent processing.
