Product Description

Rubber blocks for tractors in plastic extrusion lines are special rubber components installed on the surface of the tractor's traction rollers or in the transmission structure. After the plastic melt is extruded from the extrusion die, the tractor uses the friction between the rubber blocks and the product surface to pull the product out at a set speed. This ensures uniform cross-sectional dimensions of the product (e.g., pipe wall thickness, profile width) and synchronization with subsequent cutting/winding processes, preventing stretching deformation or breakage of the product.

 

Application

The application of rubber blocks for tractors in plastic extrusion lines must be highly matched with the type of extruded products, tractor model, and process parameters. Different scenarios have different performance requirements for the rubber blocks, which can be specifically divided into three core application fields:
