Waste PE / PP Film Washing Recycling Line
This PE / PP film washing recycling line is designed for LDPE film, HDPE film, LLDPE film, agricultural film, packaging film, woven bags and post-consumer plastic film waste. The complete line includes crushing, washing, floating separation, dewatering and drying, producing clean film flakes ready for pelletizing.

Process Flow
Belt Conveyor → Crusher → Friction Washer → Floating Washing Tank → Screw Loader → Dewatering Machine → Hot Air Dryer → Storage Silo
Main Machine Configuration
- Belt conveyor: stable feeding for loose or baled plastic film.
- Film crusher: cuts waste film into smaller flakes for better washing.
- High-speed friction washer: removes mud, sand, labels and surface impurities.
- Floating washing tank: separates PE / PP film from heavy contaminants.
- Dewatering and drying system: reduces moisture and prepares material for pelletizing.
