Q: Can this line process dirty agricultural film?
A: Yes. Pre-washing, sand removal and multi-stage washing can be added for heavily contaminated material.
Q: What materials can be washed by this recycling line?
A: It is suitable for LDPE film, HDPE film, LLDPE film, PP woven bags, shopping bags, packaging film, greenhouse film and agricultural film.
Q: What is the normal output capacity?
A: Standard capacity ranges from 300 kg/h to 1500 kg/h. The final configuration depends on material contamination, moisture requirement and workshop layout.
Q: What final moisture can the line achieve?
A: With centrifugal dewatering and hot air drying, the normal final moisture is about 3%-8%. A film squeezing dryer can be added when lower moisture is required.
Q: Can you provide pelletizing line together?
A: Yes. We can provide washing, drying, squeezing, pelletizing and packing as a complete recycling solution.
Q: Can the washing water be recycled?
A: Yes. A water circulation tank, filter system and sediment treatment can be supplied according to the condition of the waste film and local environmental requirements.
Q: How do you design the machine layout?
A: We design the line according to raw material type, required capacity, workshop size, water supply, power supply and the position of feeding and discharge areas.
Q: Do you provide installation and training?
A: Yes. We provide layout drawings, electrical diagrams, operation manuals, online support and engineer service for installation, commissioning and operator training when required.
Q: What spare parts are needed for daily maintenance?
A: Common spare parts include crusher blades, screen mesh, bearings, belts, friction washer paddles and dewatering screen parts. We can provide a recommended spare parts list with the machine.
