Application

The SWP series crusher is primarily designed for crushing long PVC profiled materials, such as plastic doors and windows, plastic pipes, and plates. It allows continuous feeding in one go without the need for pre-cutting, making it an ideal machine for crushing various pipe materials and profiled materials.
 

Working Principle

The motor drives the movable knife disc to rotate at high speed. During the high-speed rotation of the movable knife, a relative motion trend is formed with the fixed knife. The gap between the movable knife and the fixed knife creates a cutting edge for plastic crushing and shearing, thereby breaking large plastic pieces. The crushed plastic is filtered through a screen to control the particle size before being discharged.
